As the founder of Mind & Pepper, I combine my experience in the cultural and creative industries, foundation work, and international project development to support individuals and organizations in their growth. My goal: to create spaces for real change – with structure, sensitivity, and a holistic perspective.

Understanding what’s between the lines: Sensitive listening and a discrimination-critical mindset are the foundation of my work. With Mind & Pepper, I create spaces where people feel heard and seen – regardless of their background.
10 years of experience in the international cultural and creative industries
As a long-time freelancer, I am familiar with the dynamics of creative processes as well as the challenges of project-based work. I am a co-founder of HELLA LUX, an international studio for creative concepts that creates multimedia formats, performances, and audio projects, while also creating spaces for encounters with a diverse audience.
Over 8 years of experience in the foundation sector
I work at the intersection of culture, society, and social engagement – with in-depth knowledge of foundation processes, funding structures, and strategic development, as well as supporting young people through challenging life phases.
Leadership skills - on stage and at sea
Whether in creative teams, in international projects or as part of collectively managed organisations - for me, leadership means taking responsibility, providing orientation and unleashing potential.
Management of large-scale projects & group leadership
I see complexity not as an obstacle, but as an invitation. I support teams, lead large-scale initiatives, and bring structure to dynamic processes.
Many years of experience working within collective structures
Hierarchy is not the only form of leadership. For many years, I’ve worked within cooperative and participatory models and understand how teams can collaborate effectively and respectfully—without relying on traditional hierarchies.

My focus is on people - in all their diversity. I work with creatives, leaders, NGOs, caregiving communities, families, couples, cultural institutions, and organizations that seek growth, transformation, or want to navigate challenging situations through open and honest communication.
